Has any other team had anywhere near this good of 7th round picks in a draft before? Seems kind of unlikely.

Pretty sure Colston was a 7th round supplemental pick. 4th pick from Mr Irrelevant.

PFF has graded out 4 Saints in the Top 15 rookie class, with Kamara & Lattimore as their top two as well.

That's like drafting 4 first round picks, but only better, PFF is confirming they are all performing like 4 first rd Top 15 picks.

but your two best picks from 06 were Evans and Colston. We did better at top in 16 and better in bottom of 06.
