If the new method of practices yields less injuries and allows players to be their healthiest …. then great.
We’ll see how they fare as the season progresses.
These last few years…. Saints roster looked more like a MASH Unit than a football team.
Again… Moore has a whole year to experiment cause the team will ultimately not be good this year; lack too much talent.

Well he just won a Superbowl as offensive coordinator.
He could have picked up some cues from his previous stop.
Far be it for me to question his methods until we are deep into the season

Well considering how our injuries pile up every year, it is time to try something different. Hopefully this keeps them healthy. Just being healthy is worth a couple wins.

Recovery is ad equally important as training. Health is a marathon, as is the season, not a sprint.
Comradery covers holes.
Speed kills, and tempo may be how we want to play.

A big reason Philly was able to win was because they were one of the "healthiest" teams in the league last season in terms of injuries.
The top 5:
Ravens
Falcons
Vikings
Eagles
Broncos
4 of 5 made the playoffs (Atlanta stayed healthy and still couldn't win)
The bottom 5 were
Panthers
49ers
Patriots
Saints
Dolphins
ALL had draft picks in the top 13
Given the Saints have very little depth to begin with, I'd say staying healthy for them is even more important than most

This helps when game is on line in Q4
Look, these guys train all year round now. They do individual drills year round. They need more team drills. Working together etc
