Man, it’s not nearly as dire. There’s a big difference between losing the team and one more mediocre season.

what's concerning to me is i just don't feel anything about it. total apathy. but as long as people keep showing up and spening money they won't change it
I just dont see or hear any thing about the Saints. I cant imagine they will be making any money for much longer. I was trying to get back into it last year, but God we were tough to watch. This year will be the same, but watching Atlanta beat our brains in will be too much to bear.

But we got a chance to watch the Saints in Tiger Stadium, at least

That’s fair. This is the first time since the beginning of the Brees era that I have the expectation of a losing season going in. The schedule was so stupid easy last year even with DA I still can’t believe he managed to frick it up that badly.

Not sure how any saints fan could be excited for this season but I wish. Honestly haven’t had the same enthusiasm going into any season since the no call but it’s at a 20 year low now.

You can thank the waste of oxygen refs and league for that one. I will FOREVER be pissed about it and will never trust a sports official again.

It means Gayle is the only thing keeping the Saints in NOLA, which by population and business support isn’t a NFL city any longer. I’m glad she loves the place, but constant streets flooding, rampant crime, boil advisories, and power outages scream 3rd world.

NOLA just happens to be the city but they’re the metro’s team… you could just as easily call them the Louisiana Saints

I think it's gonna be a long season.
Still going to get the Sunday ticket and watch.

Just beat the Falcons at least

NOLA no call ended the passion for the whodat nation

Very true… I was a diehard saints fan that used to have so many ups and down after wins and loses… Now I just don’t care as much. It ruined my love for watching NFL football.

I just really wanted that SB appearence for Drew, the team, and the fans… We shouldn’t have had that taken from us…

Still can’t believe that happened…
