This entire front office is full of goofballs who aren't leaders or true executives.

Entire team disrespected your incompetent struggling coach. Allen has failed to perform in 2/2 years.
Only an idiot couldn't see there is a need for a leadership change. This kind of crap doesn't happen overnight or in a vacuum. It builds over time.
You're either about winning or you're a loser. Embracing this nonsense is losing culture. Loser culture propagated by weak men.

Allen needs to be fired today.
If Im Allen Im cutting players involved in the disrespect, but he wont which is why we are here in the first place and needs to go.

He can't, Loomis made sure the cap is built in a way that we can't just cut/trade players.

it was obvious months ago when MT and olave just quit running routes or trying to get open whenever they felt like it
why do you think the offense finally started working when MT and olave were both out, because they were sabotaging the offense and not trying
