You can count on one hand how many rookie QBs have excelled their 1st year.For anyone to say that Rattler isn’t a potential starter in the NFL after 1/2 a season is ignorant and hasn’t followed pro football very long.I don’t know if he is or not but a blanket statement that he isn’t is very premature at this time .

It’s not like rattler is an aging vet that we know sucks (though strongly suspect). The reality is neither are likely a long term fix at QB and we’ll be drafting that guy next year, with the winner of this competition as the band aid starter for the first part of the 2026 season.
