There’s just absolutely no reason to give Allen another season

It doesn’t matter if he hires a new OC. What young coach would want to be an OC for a HC they know is on thin ice?

Time to end this embarrassment.

Let alone another game. The more they waste their time the less time they have to find his replacement.

He is a good D coordinator but not head coach material

It’s fine to let him be the sacrificial lamb next year if you want. But in ‘24 he can’t be the coach.

I’m all about a coach being calm on the sidelines, unless it’s time to come unglued.

That missed offsides was the time to come unglued. 99.9% of the time that’s not only called, it’s a free play for the offense.

Who's out there to replace him? Who wants to inherit AD and JW to build a winner?

He’s right on track to match his best season record. 4-12. Maybe that 17th game this season will get him to 5 wins.
