I took that comment from a very different angle. Doubt the Saints would get best value in a trade w ATL. One, i doubt they totally give up on a top 10 pick after effectively a years worth of starts. If they did and wanted another starter, its unlikely they make the most lucrative offer, because why do their bitter division rival any favors?

Vikings by a mile, assuming they are ready to move on from THEIR young QB.

I don't see DC going to a crap team and a crap organization. So I don't see any other places he would want to go to besides the Vikes.
