Think back to the 2010 NFCCG. Zero chance we win that game in the Metrodome. Zero chance. That was one of the luckier wins in Saints history - we were thoroughly outplayed on both sides of the ball.

the kick returns that Roby and PT had in that game never get enough credit. Both returns helped shorten the field and somewhat explain the difference in total yardage between the Vikings and Saints offense that day. I felt like the luckiest part of the game was when Reggie muffed a punt deep in Saints territory and then Favre/AP had the bad exchange on a handoff a few plays later.

A #4 seed hosting the NFCCG seems extremely rare, but it happened not too long ago.

The #4 seed Arizona Cardinals hosted the #6 Philadelphia Eagles in the 2008 NFCCG.

The Kurt Warner-led Cardinals won and advanced to Super Bowl 43.

I think it's so much more likely this year because no one is scared of Philly as the #1 and everyone in the NFC is really damn good.

The NFC champ game could be between about 4 different matchup at least.

I don't think anyone is expecting the AFC to be anyone other than NE vs Pitt

Well if you don't face the Vikings next week you play the Eagles on a short week (Early Saturday) coming off the late game on Sunday.

I want to play Minnesota in the championship. There is no way in hell the NFL let's the Vikings play a home game for the Superbowl. It hasn't happened yet. The NFL would lose too much money if a home team gets in the Superbowl.

owever, they will have two weeks rest before they would play us (assuming we win Sunday), so for that reason, I'm out.

I mean they could very well come out flat as hell too. Keenum a complete wildcard in the playoffs.
