The Saints have alot of problems to solve

the problem is when you have friends as employees not much
will get done.Dennis Allen is a good guy but not a head coach.He doesnt lead or coach his coaches.Between him and
Pete Carmichel ,2 sigar store during games,there is no
accountability on game day.From interviews with players it
seems like this also happens in practice.Players making
mistakes and coaches not saying anything.We see the lack
of discipline game in and game out.
I hope Mickey forces DAs hand to make necessary changes,I
think he will because the Saints are talented enough this
year to have won 10 or 11 games.If he doesn`t management
will start their mantra that the team is not getting enough support ala Tom Benson did years ago.Unfortunatly I
don`t think Gale knows enough about football to do anything about it.
