You will hear “but we are so close! Look how many close losses!” I agree he should go when we miss the playoffs

You take the 3 points 100% of the time based on timeouts, clock, and 4th and 7: You have to stop them regardless of field position: Thinking of retiring and applying for an NFL head coaching job:

A little reality to people bashing in DA. Outside of Payton, DA is one of the best coaches the Saints have had.

I am considering the coach for the Saints and not his record from the Raiders because that was just a big organization shitshow. I am also not looking at his win loss record as a HC. I am looking at his players competing and overall staying in games. Stupid non sensical decision by DA has not cost the team wins.

sad thing is KC is there for the taking but Dennis Allen will 1,000% get out coached by Andy Reid.

As long as Allen is Saints HC I'm afraid they'll never sniff the playoffs. Looks like that 2 game high they had this season may have been a fluke. Not surprising. I wasn't too convinced with Carr at QB and Allen as HC. They couldn't even win a bad division last year.

You’re an idiot. Going for it was the right call. If you take 3 points they have much better field position and run the ball like they had been. You don’t get the ball back in the same Great field position even with a stop.

I can’t believe this is a talking point. Did y’all even watch the game?

You’re asking the wrong question. What you need to ask is “do you understand football?” Clearly he doesn’t because he can’t understand how the field position Atlanta inherited by going for it was the key thing that led to the go ahead touchdown. Either that or he just will blame Allen no matter what. We were decimated by injuries, gave away 14 points and still were one penalty from winning the game.

Losing games we should’ve won has become a recurring theme from Ingram’s lard arse running out of bounds shy of the first down to the debacle in green bay last season to these last 2 games. No excuses. Its a pattern.

Going for it on 4th down caused bad field position for the falcons effecting their play calling and then the next Drive we started in plus territory. But I bet you probably didn't think about that because of the emotional shell you can't get out of.

yoiu still take the points. i had faith D could get a stop and we score and win.

The interception.....you can't really blame Carr for that

How the frick can you not blame Carr for that? Even a High School QB that is allowed to throw twice a game knows to throw that into the ground

Not even close. The coaches called a great game with what we have.
