The saints problems for Allen started with Training camp. He let too many players skip out of putting in the work and let them become prim donnas. There was not a player on the roster that could be a leader and call out any other player for slacking and not being focused.

We saw in training camp the lack of discipline and the lack of leadership from the players and that has only escalated as the season progressed.

Now they have players who are collecting a paycheck with no desire to get back on the field. What a mess. Allen can't be their friends if they are not willing to pay it back to him by playing for him.
