Did anyone call him on his most ridiculous statement?

Did he even get the memo that the Saints beat the Colts in the Super Bowl?

and how does he know what Minnesota's mindset will be, no one knows for sure who'll be taking the snaps yet

No, Woodson said the Vikings will want to prove that they were the better team, and Schefter started talking about Favre.

We beat them 31-7 from the 2nd quarter on. A total arse-kicking once the SB Virgin Saints settled down.

The actual statement he made was "The Saints need this game to legitimize their Super Bowl Victory".

Then Dumb arse Darren Woodson said the Vikings were a pass interference call away from going to the Super Bowl. That call was on first down. It's not like it erased a pick-6. A non-call would have been 2nd and 10 from the MIN 41 yard line. Saints still win IMO.

That was two different segments. I've had ESPN on most of the day.

#1 - No team is the same team from one year to the next. So... even IF Min. wins, that's all that it is, a win.

#2 - I think that arse whipping that Favre got should have proved enough that the Saints were a better team that won that game.

#3 - Bruschi is an idiot. Some former players do well as analyst because they are smart and actually analyze the game and can talk about it intelligently. He and Tony K can go jerk each other off and leave the rest of us alone.

That is the single most redundant fricktard of a statement I've ever read.

Ha ha! Yeah, because the NFL is going to have some dudes there at the game, ready to rip the Lombardi trophy out of Payton's hands if the Saints don't beat the Vikings. By the way, has the NFL repossessed the Giants trophy from two years ago yet? How about the Patriots 3? Afterall, they lost to the Giants, so how could all those other Super Bowls be legit? These guys are just out to make a name for themselves by making ridiculous statements that get talked about at water coolers and internet chat boards. Just laugh at them and move on. Even they don't believe the crap they spew!

Who ever is in charge of hiring retired NFL players to work at ESPN is a joke. TB sucks. It is laughably insane at how overrated he is at that job. He obviously is insecure and has to try and knock the Saints down off the World Champion pedastal where he once resided with the Pats. Billashit really did a number on his players.

I have a remarkable device I use when such idiots come on the TV. It has a button called "mute" and one called "off."

I use them frequently.

For the record my use of the word "write" was a play on words in an attempt to show Bruschi's rantardedness

Is it just me, or does Bruschi look like a guy who would have that "Shots, Shots, Shots" song running through his head 24/7? He looks like he's always on the verge of a fist pump.
