I have said it for several weeks now it will be very easy to determine what this franchise really cares about with how they treat the Allen situation.

Bring him back and it’s clear they are content with stealing money from their fans to stuff their already fat wallets.

Replace him, and they actually care about winning. That’s not to say this thing get fixed, but at least they care.

They don’t have the advantage of taking a “wait and see approach” with Allen. He is what he is and it will only get worse if you allow him to stay.

IMHO, this organization will not fire DA after only one season, no matter what the W/L record is.

I will counter that.

We won’t be very good next year. And we can’t start really shedding contracts until 2024 and we’ll also have our full allotment of draft picks.

You can make Allen the sacrificial lamb in 2023 and present a much more appealing situation for a candidate.

DA has tied his most wins in a season already @ 4 so that’s about as good as it’s going to get
