I would 100% offer DA his job back at DC. I think he’s got a great mind when he’s just thinking about his defense. But there needs to be a guy with confidence and a plan at head coach. It’s got to be an offensive guy. I would obviously ask Sean first it’s at least worth the conversation and he would listen due to nothing more than decency of being here so long. Then I’d look at someone like Kellen Moore in Dallas.

If anyone is qualified to be running the team on this current staff it’s Doug Marrone simply because he’s done it longest but if I had to elevate one it would be Ryan Nielsen just for shits and giggles.
