That arrow is going up Id still start Davenport over Clowney year 3 he could a be big time player for us.
Get Cams snaps down 5% and rotate Clowney with Davenport and even stand him or Davenport up in some formations.

Dav has played 2 years of what will be a 5 year contract
Davenport has a lisfranc
Clowney on a 1 year deal
Even if Dav is 100% clowney would be an asset. He has played DT and OLB in the past. Dav cam and JC could be on the field at the same time in certain formations
