Regardless if someone thinks he's a top 5 coach or not, he is most definitely a top 10 coach. There is no realistic option that would be better. Drew/Sean is a proven combo. Draft smart, draft players that will immediately help, and stop going after blue chip free agents. I think the Fleener contract was a bit steep, but I have a feeling he is going to light it up in this offense.

You're right. He is a top 10 coach. 6m last year would've had him in the top 10 salaries. He absolutely does not deserve to be the top paid coach out there. That's just silly.

Nobody missing the playoffs with as shitty as a defense we've for the last 10-11 years gets that on ANY of the other 31 teams. Not even the browns are this dumb
This is just our niche, overpaying and not making them EARN it. How in hell did Charles Grant and Will Smith get 60 million dollar deals again? Harper, Gallete etc
All those guys would have rightfully been lowballed on the other teams and got deals they DESERVE
