If they can cut down on the penalties and stay relatively healthy, i see the Saints finishing 10-6. They gave that game away and their remaining schedule is not that difficult. Their defense is playing well and with the injured starters that will be returning they should be competitive. Just my opinion.

You are correct my friend, although a loss to Oakland is not beyond the realm of possibilities.

10-6 will not get it done. They have lost to Washington and Minnesota. They are destined to lose all tiebreakers. Must win the Division.

true but i am looking at what a fabulous job the line did against peterson and thinking that we can at least outscore oakland

Agreed. We will no better than split with Carolina and Tampa and, frankly, with the way things are going, I'm not so sure about the Falcons. Only a Div win gets us in and I don't see how the math lays out in our favor. 7-9.

seriously??? stay healthy??? every week is a new injury....

their remaining schedule is not that difficult

we just lost to a 1-3 team.... we play 5 more games in our division, non of those games are "easy".... 3 of them on the road...

the Saints finishing 10-6

that means 8-3 the remainder of the season. I cant see that... MAYBE 7-4 but probably 6-5...

They haven't done anything to deserve your optimism, so don't sweat it. We haven't been above .500 since that NFC title game ended.

having both LSU and SAINTS season tickets are tough - i could donate that money to TAF and get better tickets or just save it and have a kick arse saints party at my house

Put the Kool-Aid down. Payton is 20-19.

They had a magical season where he caught the league off guard. It's over. He is the NFL version of Urban Meyer.
