You can tell these idiots have never won a super bowl. Super Bowl Champ always opens at home you yankee frick. Man I hope we kill them! I think they have taken my #1 spot as most hated fans surpassing Atlanta and Dallas. Hopefully we lay licks on them like this all night

Not to mention that the site of the game was known the day the regular season ended.

My dad lives in Minnesota. I sent him those quotes and his response was "Welcome to the Vikings fans world of negativity and bitterness. They always expect the worst possible outcome and usually they are correct."

I moved to Minnesota a few years ago and it was great finally beating them in the playoffs last year. The above poster is correct about how negative the fan base is. I have to admit though, after we beat them in the NFC Championship I had all the Vikings fans at work cheering for the Saints in the Superbowl.

I guess it's just me but I don't really like this. The Vikings are the 2nd best team in the NFC and have had revenge on their minds since they lost the NFC championship game. IMO this is a terrible 1st game for the Saints. Don't get me wrong, I'm still confident the Saints will take care of business but I still don't like it. Throw in the fact that Brees will most likely be on the cover of Madden, that by itself has me a little uneasy.

They may have a history of being a negative fanbase, but we weren't too happy with our team either not too long ago. Remember the "aints"?

Yeah, it won't be an easy game, but it will be a great game to watch. I'm sure that we'll handle business.

I'm almost positive NBC picks it up. Regardless, local stations will televise it for people who don't have the NFL Network.
