Update: They also have the Saints ranked as the best Superbowl champ of the decade HERE

Im guessing the reason some of those teams are ranked ahead of the Sainst on the all-time list and behind them on this one is because Saints didnt fair as well against some of the all time teams as the Bucs, Ravens, and Steelers did

Whatifsports does a really nice job picking games and doing interesting simulations like this one.
