Fire Allen, defense stays legit with bill and let him bring in his choice of OC we have decent weapons on offense. Would will the void of lack of leadership that we have been missing since Drew and Sean left.

Not sure Gayle would fire him for being caught with a minor. Thats kinda right up her alley.

Maybe we do need Bill but our situation is the worse in the league in spendable cap. NOLA vs San Diego or Seattle? I'm not sure he is going to get very many offers for HC. Atlanta so far is it?

Culture change makes a big difference for both sides. Bill ran his course in New England but that doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t install a new culture on a new team and turn it around. It happens very often- look at Andy Reid.

Reid was 55 when hired by chiefs.

Bill is on the verge of being 72.

Trump is 77, leading all republicans and running for a second term I would think running a nation is harder than coaching a football team. Whats your point?

You’re stupid. Andy Reid brought an offense. Not fricking culture.

You argue like a 12 year old. Bringing an offense that wins changes a culture. Just like bringing defense that wins as well. Reid was a vet winning coach in Philly; same as Bill. Since you like arguing like you’re 12- “you’re stupid too.”

The fact that anyone would want to see Gruden in NOLA is embarrassing.

Is he bringing Tom Brady with him?

John Gruden made the playoffs with Rich Gannon 2x as his QB, losing the 2nd time in the playoffs on the controversial tuck rule that allowed the Patriots to keep the football and get the game tying FG before losing in OT.

..and won a Superbowl with Brad Johnson as his QB with the Bucs.
