It will be fantastic if we take care of business to finally eliminate "Da Bears" from the Playoffs for once. I have vivid memories of 1990 and 2006.

While we have had a hell of a run under Coach Payton, it hasn't always translated into racking up postseason wins (which is hard to do). Tomorrow could be the 10th time in 54 years that we win a playoff game.

24 NFL Franchises have more playoff wins then the Saints (Notable: Panthers have 9; Chiefs and Falcons each have 10).

Saints Head to Head Playoff Record vs NFC
Eagles 3-1
Cardinals 1-0
Lions 1-0
Panthers 1-0
Rams 1-1
Vikings 1-4
Falcons 0-1
49ers 0-1
Bears 0-2
Seahawks 0-2

Worst loss in Saints history. That team wins the Super Bowl.

We all naturally assume that had we won against the 49ers in 2011, we would've beaten the Giants in the NFCCG but that wasn't a given.
We get that one call in 2018, we get the greatest QB matchup in SB history and we finally get Drew that second ring. Legacies were forever altered because of that missed call.

That's all time?

I could've sworn we played the 9ers in the playoffs in the 90's. Maybe it was a game we had to win to get in. It was a loooong time ago.

I disagree but I think this is on generational lines. If you are over a certain age, you remember getting pummeled by the 49ers on a yearly basis. The first year the Saints had a winning record they had the 2nd best record in the NFL but we’re still a WC because the fricking 49ers had guys break the strike and play one of the replacement games. After Montana they had Young and when Young was finished and they finally FINALLY fell off a little the league changed the divisions beating them in SF would have been sweet sweet revenge for all that just a gut punch loss that I my never get over.

As bad as the non call vs the Rams was the Saints still should have won

The Saints beat them by 25 6 weeks earlier they only beat SF thanks to a muffed punt late. I think NE in the SB 2 years ago is a more iffy game they way their D was playing. 2011 Saints roll the Giants comfortably
