I know that the post on TD.com are 99% b.s., people trying to say funny things, etc. So I've only read a few comments on this thread. HOWEVER, THANK GOD THIS TYPE OF IDEA HAS FINALLY BEEN MENTIONED - SOMEWHERE.
The Saints have been destroyed by Goodell and nobody is doing anything about it. Shite! Thanks for somebody starting a meaning tread (although, I'm sure most of the comments are from . . . people trying to make funny comments).

My response to Pendulum and BrotherEsau didn't have much, or anything, to do with you Breesus, but I will say that we are arguing the same side of the case.
I'll add to the discussion of damages. If, and this is a HUGE if, this case went to trial and somehow was won, what do people imagine the award will be? I would guess the best you could do was to get your money back for your season tickets, and since your attorney is probably working on contingency, he would most likely get 40% of your refund.
Worth the trouble?

I'd be willing to wager quite a bit of money that the people behind this suit don't really give a shite about winning. It's just something they feel that they can do to help in their minds.

I agree, I don't believe it's about the money or the lawsuit. Win or lose, the players and the fans combined might: overwhelm, disrupt, occupy, or aggravate Goodell. Then maybe he will drop the suspensions, or come to an agreement and allow everyone back. Good/Bad PR works.....

You can file a lawsuit for anything.

A very long shot at best but if you don't try then nothing will happen....I say pile it on Goodell..... BURY the NFL in a mountain of paperwork....it's what lawyers do !!!! Make them sick of this whole hot mess.... maybe heads will roll.... we can only hope...
