The Pack hold a victory celebration at their 50,000 person stadium and charge $5/person (and then let scalpers charge $140 on top of that).
The Saints held a free parade that was attended by approximately 800,000 people.

The Packers are a successful established franchise that actually has a winning past. That Superbowl for the Saints was their first and wiped out 40 something years of misery.

If you live in the Green Bay area, you don't miss this sort of thing. No matter how many times they've won it. No matter how cold it is. It's not like every Packer fan in that area has witnessed every championship. Or even half of them.
