Just because you spent high draft capital on the OL doesn't mean it's built up. They have had some swing and misses with Penning first rounder, Ramczyk done forever, Ruiz in ranked around 50 out of all guards, and Peat is Peat. So you still need to build the OL and the DL in my opinion.

The Saints are tanking, but not purposely. They are tanking because DA and ML have had horrible drafts and continue the salary cap nightmare.
