It's one of those games in the NFL. Seachacks would've beat anyone tonight. Except maybe the Pats.

The question isn't him going out of bounds and reestablishing himself or whatever.
He didn't secure the catch. He was in the air, got two feet, hit the ground and lost the ball.
Wasn't that why Calvin Johnson lost his touchdown a few years ago?

There is no consistency in the NFL when a player goes to the ground following a catch and the ball moves. None.

Payton said the exact same thing

a lot of these calls appear to have gone against the Saints, but most have just been bad luck. The lack of holding penalties on Seattle's OL is the only thing that is blatant.
The biggest issue to me is that it appears that these refs had a bet about how much face time they could get. It seems like they just want to see if they can be on screen more than the players. Even the calls they made against Seattle have been stupid. They are ignoring obvious calls and calling a bunch of stupid stuff as often as possible.

I am absolutely not looking forward to next weeks game now. I don't care that we are at home. Playing another cocky as hell confident ball club that's on a roll.
I know many are frustrated but I am calling it now. We bounce back next week and win.

Next week sets the tone for the entire season. If we can't get angry and play with some fricking fire and take control, we're ending up the 5th seed and probably one and done once again. But if we do and take down the Panthers, I'll be eyeing another shot at these guys in the playoffs. Even if it is back in Seattle. They won't be so lucky again.

Are you not watching the same replays as me? The guy obviously had 2 feet in settled before becoming the second player to touch the ball

On the bright side, at least I won't be up late watching this dogshit.

I like Macanudos. Lord Claridge was nice as I recall.

You seem to be confused over the point I was making, but feel free to continue to feel good about yourself.
I answered your question. You had a one word response with zero retort. Therefore unless you have a good counterpoint I'll continue to, uh, feel good about myself.
Any football team that shows up as 9-2 that plays like this for this long in this type of game doesn't deserve the victory. Doesn't mean I wouldn't take it, but they damn sure wouldn't have earned it without a plethora of breaks.
But continue to dodge the issue. Sounds like an intelligent idea.

Will Seattle put up 50?

What about the holding call?
You know, the one where even Tirico and Gruden said, "Oh yeah it's coming back obvious hold by Carpenter."
But the ref was calling it a defensive hold against the Saints and then called it off all together.

Oh come on. You have to see how it ends!
