I’m not even arguing it shouldn’t be a penalty, but at least get it right. The play was nowhere near over. In fact, if he doesn’t touch him he can get up and run.

The WR was going to the ground. Physically impossible for Lattimore to not hit his helmet. But the NFL knows that and doesn’t care
