All of the experts will be sucking off GB tonight, but their defense is just as awful as the Saints.
Or maybe these are some amazing offenses. These defenses won't always see offenses this talented

Bad Play
Yeah because running a play action and running Brees 20 yards backwards would have been a great idea. It was a good play, Ingram has to know not to just dive into a pile like that. Break that shite outside. I'm disappointed in the outcome, but we got dominated up and down the field and only had to go 1 yard to tie the game. I'm not upset at all.

I bet you were asking why SP passed on that 4th and inches too
No i was asking why we didn't kick a FG...we tore their secondary up all drive, their D-Line are monsters and owned the trenches all night..idk why we ran up the gut with a rookie..

I don't mind a run there. I mind the formation. You left no doubt about it. That's the fricking problem.
This!

Payton is such a tool sometimes. Hes so fricking stubborn with his playcalling.

I have a feeling we will make Cutler look like........Rodgers next week.

Hey that is why we got him. our all pro guards need to make that play and not get undercut.
They made it interesting boys. Better than I hoped after watching the first ten minutes. As long as the Packers are the best team in the league like everyone thinks we are fine.

I am not sure what was worse this game, the short yardage play calling or the pass defense.

That O Line looked like a HS line on that play. Every single one of those guys got pushed back two yards. Packs Dline got lower by like a foot it seemed.

If anything the Packers are good.
0-1.
Who gives a frick? Just lost to the Superbowl Champions in their house.
No team has lost that game yet, and I'm not ashamed the Saints lost it.
The Saints need to improve. A lot. But that was a great fight, and if a few things go their way, instead of the other way around, we'd see the Saints up 42-34.
I'm talking fumbles, and turnovers. The Defense needs to work. Hard. Darren Sproles played amazing. We got a great weapon, and if the special teams can stop the other team from running a PR, or KR back, we can be up on KR/PR scores, and those are like turnovers.
All in all, the Saints need turnovers. On defense.
They need to hold on to the Ball.
And putting all this in place, they can run, and pass how they please.
And that is exactly what Sean Peyton said coming into this game. Turnovers. Tackling. Those win the game.
The Saints did neither.
They lost the game.
Moved on already.
Defending Superbowl Champions are 8-0, it's all good.
0-1.

I'm hoping your right RLDSC. We really can't blame the O for this loss at all. Two bad play calls was the difference (not going for a FG and the last play). The D had countless bad plays.

Good Post. I mean, GB may be the best team in the league. And, as a Bama guy, I know how good Ingram is, he'll get better - and he is a great player.
Tony Dungee just stated that he thought the Saints were telegraphing their plays with their formations. That is coaching . . . and needs to be corrected.

Agreed. Straight up shoot out.

Not having Will Smith and others lost this game.
You know Will Smith would have brought the pain !

Win or loss, I really don't care. That was a GREAT game to watch. Drew Brees worked a miracle at the end, it may not have won the game, but consider yourself lucky to have seen that. I had almost given GB the win with 4 minutes to go, and Drew almost single handedly brought us back. Just an incredible performance

TigerDroppings meltdown. I say that everyone posting nega-Saint comments now should be banned.
