I would think that when the front office makes their big board that they include everyone in the draft. They wouldn't assume that someone is going to be off the board because they are not prescient.

It was already said that Jones was not ranked close to Vaccaro.
The pass rushers were likely Mingo/Ansah(with Jordan being a dream drop). DTs obviously seem to be Richardson and Lotulelei(surprised they were looking at DTs in the first). CBs were likely Hayden and Trufant or Rhodes(probably figured they had no shot at Milliner).
They said they still had 2(or was it 3; if so one of those is wrong) guys left when it was there turn. I imagine it was Trufant/Rhodes they were considering.
