That is all.

1. Margus Hunt, SMU, DE/KB: The native of Estonia sounds like a PlayStation football creation: A 6-foot-8, 280 pounder with an 82-inch wingspan. Yet despite those long arms, he can still bench 225 35 times, and his coach, SMU track coach Dave Wollman, predicts Hunt will rep it 45 times next year at the NFL combine and clock a 4.60 40-yard dash. Hunt has cleaned 384 pounds, snatched 345 and vertical jumped 36 inches. "He's off-the-scale powerful," said Wollman. "On that kind of frame, seeing the cleans and the snatch go that high to the ceiling, it is amazing."

He has almost single handedly destroyed a decent Fresno St. offense.

He is a freak. Amazingly quick first step THEN speed and reach.

Def. not 1st rd. Maybe 2nd rd then it becomes a matter of getting pick back which seems unlikely. Stranger things have happened i must say. I do like the reviews ive read on him though.

he looked like an absolute beast out there. he's going to fly up the draft boards after the combine. might not be a bad mid-first round pick. we need some athletic freaks on the D-line instead of the fatties (mainly smith and ellis) we have now

Those seem like freakish measurables, but he seems to be very very big for a DE.

He killed tonight but he only had 6 sacks coming into the game and he'll be 26 before training camp.

That guy looked like an animal last night. Expect he will move up some draft boards

Said he held the world record in the discus.

All I know is I will certainly be watching this kid's career and will have his name on my sheet on draft day to see where he goes.

Those measurables are absolutely insane.

Sorry but I'm not spending a first or second rounder on someone who'll be 30 in 4 years

If you are convinced he's a big difference maker you ABSOLUTELY do it. Our window is only about 3-4 more seasons as is.

Why does everyone keep saying we traded our first rounder for MI? Half our fan base thinks we have it and the other half thinks we traded it. What one is it?

He's definitely a freak with big potential, but I wouldn't take the risk. He didn't exactly dominate at SMU. Has some good games, but it isn't consistent. I would take him maybe in the 2nd, definitely in the 3rd. We need players who can step in right away, not just those with high potential
