Atlanta, Carolina. Basically teams who's first choice QB is not a clear cut number one, or teams with multiple 2nd string QB's on the roster
Right, those teams dont have big dropoffs cause they dont have good QBs at all, except for ur Carolina reference, Delhomme is a decent starter.

Hamilton may earn a spot on our practice squad or on another teams roster

Decent is not really good enough, since we are talking about teams being screwed if their number 1 goes down.

So you're saying there isn't a big dropoff between Delhomme and Testaverde? Or Carr? Or whoever there backup is?

Palko are u serious? Guy is double covered with a safety playing center field.

Statistically last year there was not.

Between who?
Delhomme had 8 TDs and 1 INT before getting hurt.
Look at Delhomme's last 3 years.
Then add up ALL of Carolina's backups, not just 1, ALL of them, and tell me who's better? I bet there is not only a big dropoff from Delhomme to the next guy but Delhomme outshined all of the backups the last 3 years combined.

My bad I meant Wins, not numbers.

Last year Delhomme completed 64% of his passes and had 8 of the team's 19 TDs IN 3 GAMES!!!
The other QBs had 11 TDs and 16 INTs. That's not much of a dropoff?

Bullocks playing with the 3rd stringers. Good.

Ah, gotcha.
But wins are a TEAM stat, not an individual stat.
And even still, 2-1 with Delhomme starting and 5-8 without him.

Has our blitz not worked even once this game?

McCray is looking real good

Dang BM should have made him fumble right there, he is on fire right now.

Our best DE may not be starting. I'm getting angrier with Smith and Grant than I ever was with David or Thomas.

I'm not ready to crown McCray yet.
I just hope he can put the pressure on Smith and Grant during the regular season so they can perform on par with there pay.
And if not, hopefully just keeps stealling playing time from them.
