No. He’s not playing great. He’s not sucking horribly either. He looks a lot like Derek Carr at 2% of the cost.

On that drive alone he missed wide open receivers two times trying to scramble
not forcing the ball and scoring points. Sit down man, kid has played great so far.

Rattler may be a rookie making mistakes that some of y'all are criticizing for no reason whatsoever, but the kid can throw that rock. It comes out of his hand like a rocket!

After a couple starts, things will slow down for him. Too fast right now to make 3-4 reads.

But he has thrown some bullets.

I’d say he is playing better than the number 3 pick in the draft so far today.

Oh shut the frick up. He's extended drives with his ability to run, hit a TD in the Redzone, and completed multiple intermediate throws that aren't checkdowns to Kamara.

He's not some superstar but the offense looks way better with him in. If we still had our starting OL? Sure, but we need a QB who can get out of trouble.

ETA: My b didn't see your earlier post. I still stand by my comments that Rattler is doing things Carr can't. So I don't think he "looks a lot like Carr".

He saw 16 in the back of the end zone and that wasn’t his first read. So ……

OP how many NFL starts does Carr have? Rattler is making his first NFL start. Give him a little slack won’t you?

Dude I was taking up for him. I never want Carr to see the field again. Read my other posts on the day. The OP is starry eyed for Carr.

If the receiver is wide open it's not forcing the ball knucklehead
