He did it for 44 years and is 83 years old. Give the guy some respect.
Whether you liked it or not, it will be very strange to hear another voice over that PA for anyone who has been around for a while.

The paper this morning said it was health issues. He is not feeling up to it anymore. I'm sure that had something to do with Friday's performance, which was not bad imo

i know his son is replacing him, but it'd be funny if they got all the high school teams' PA announcers to fill in for a game each
