Pretty clear what the path going forward will be if Watson goes to Atlanta

Resign Winston to a 3ish year deal, use some of the draft capital you would have used on Watson in one of the next three drafts to move up for one to develop in the long term. Use other picks on pass catchers, OL replacements and at Safety.

If we miss on Watson I really really want Olave in the draft.

Sounds like a waste of 3ish years with an elite roster missing an elite QB.

Neat. What’s your alternative? I have them also trading up either this year or next for a QB in the draft.

Love may not fall out of top 19. And w the loss of Marcus, I could see them going safety in the 1st

Don’t get Watson, I expect Mathieu to end up in Dallas or LV

Call GB and ask about Jordan Love or trade up and grab Pickett. I like Winston i just don’t see him winning us a SB. I’d rather take a chance on a young QB.

I do not get this. Teams have won with meh QBs before when their defense was elite. Although losing Marcus Williams worries me there. Not to mention our supporting cast on offense is also pretty fricking solid (when they're not getting arrested or taking a year off). Winston can definitely be good enough to manage our offense.

Well, it’s either that or have an elite QB—who could miss anywhere from 6-17 games (along with your best skill player in Kamari probably missing 6)—with a mediocre roster.

I agree... you roll with Winston and if he sucks, you try for a QB next season when, hopefully, the draft looks more enticing.

I’d bet every penny I own Winston gives you a better chance at a super bowl than trading for Jordan fricking Love

why? baker just announced hes up for grabs and while not on my top 5 list he is a pretty good get if we miss on watson and about the only QB out there still worth giving up assets for

go sign baker, then if that falls through, then and only then go get winston resigned
