Im not saying that Payton's system had nothing to do with Drew becoming an elite qb
good. because Drew has said before that SP has made him a much better qb.

but you think that Payton being there would magically make Romo an elite qb?
in time, yes. romo has a lot of talent and with someone like SP as his HC it should wouldn't hurt.

Drew up on making reads and check downs. Drew is just as big of a part of the system's success as it is to his.
Agree, with the exception of the 4th quarter, Drew is still playing at a high level even without SP on the sidelines.

The same guy who runs around insisting that we "accept reality" regarding the outside chance that Sean Payton could leave, also decries the business/leverage/money aspect of football every chance he gets.

Duncan, you are an idiot. Go away.

I have no problem with anyone using leverage to make more money, get a better job, or whatever. I just have a problem (and so should you) with SP using his suspension and the teams struggles as leverage to try and get more money out of the Saints than what he already agreed to before the NFL shot it down.

Now I realize that what I just wrote is a lot for you to wrap your head around (you being stupid and all), but I want SP to be an honorable man here and do the right thing and not use a bad situation that he played a part in creating as leverage to fatten his wallet.

Time isn't something Romo has much of left. He's only a year younger than Brees.

I would rather have SP, but Gruden would be an excellent choice.

Duncan lays around on his Dallas Cowboys twin bed comforter looking at nude pictures of David Hasselhoff with Sean Payton's head and a Dallas jersey photoshopped onto it, It is blown up poster size, covering up his old Dallas Cowboys cheerleader poster (he no longer wanted to see it when he realized none of them were men/shims) fantasizing of the sweet day that Sean Payton will go to Dallas.

oh I get it. You claim to understand the business realities of the NFL (although you clearly don't) but this behavior is only acceptable if it adheres to your arbitrary standards of rectitude. You're a self absorbed a-hole, with no real concept of the bullshite you spout. I definitely "get it"... but "it's" getting old.

Want some reassurance? I am a Dallas fan (although not for much longer at this pace) and I know your friends are trolling you.

There is no way Jerry Jones' son would tell some random Saints fan that they had hired Payton. No way.

Now relax and have a good evening.

the more you post on this topic the more your tardness shows. you just cannot grasp why I have a problem with SP using his new found leverage to try and frick over the Saints. So stop trying, it's OK.

FWIW, Jeff Duncan is the worst reporter in the history of new orleans and maybe sports journalism as a whole. He writes every article with a heavy bias towards the NFl and Goodell while shitting on his own "self-adopted" city's team and claiming he does so under the guise of objectivity. Like a typical journalist he has no balls and is quick to jump on any sensational story that might sell papers. He has no integrity and no moral compass and deserves no respect from anyone in this city or from any fan of this team. The man is a shitty excuse for a journalist and i hope he gets fired. I plan to do everything in my power to make that happen.
