Maybe achieve some of the accolades hes attained in his career before trying to act like he does in the media (which is not seen in a positive light with the media to begin with). Maybe you should be more like Kamara or even Cam Jordan.

It's a shame that he doesn't have someone close to him that can speak some sense into him. He his is own worst enemy. The more you see of him the more you realize how much of a phony he is. Unlikable to the core.

The weird thing is that most Raiders fans I talked to (there's a lot out here) were complimentary of him.
I was super optimistic but I've hated him since the Jacksonville game.
