Much more likely it was near the end of practice and then they shut it down after this.

I get what your saying, and I’m no doctor, but if it’s weak due to any number of reasons, then it can tear at any time. My sister tore hers getting her fat arse off the couch and hurring to the microwave when it beeped. Also had another friend in collage on the LSU gymnastics team tear hers getting in her car.
