How can some posters think that this killing was justified in anyway is mind boggling to me. So far there's no evidence to even suggest this killing is justified

again, we can go back to what i said, what, 3 weeks ago...
everybody calm the frick down.. NOBODY knows what the facts are yet.. all we have right now for the most part is hear/say info and going by that alone can be dangerous... everyone just relax, let the facts come out, then debate after.. anything else is just selfish IMO.. there are a shitload of people in here who have made this situation about them, just so they could say 'i told you so'

I don't think too many people have definitively taken that position.
I have seen many posters overreact to posters offering a rational, objective opinion on a single piece of information that is released, reported, etc.

When did I say that he had to curve a bullet to put it in the passenger door? If the passenger door was closed and Hayes was parallel with it that would explain a bullet hitting it like it did if the shooter was standing parallel with it. Everyone of y'all are stating that he was shot in the back first. So he got shot in the back turned to his side and then turned back around to take 6 more in the back? lol You my friend sound like the ignorant one. Keep your story straight.

Look, I get that is your go to, but when someone clearly posts an opinion, there isn't going to be a link.

SR45 has a 10 round factory magazine, but if he knows his guns, he has one chambered for a total of 11 available rounds.
8 in Will, 2 in Raquel, 1 in the chamber. He likely didn't miss, so that dent may very well be from the lone round that exited Will.

It is my opinion that Shooter walked back towards Will and Racquel.
It's not hard to be accurate when the subjects are basically standing still a short distance away. I believe the account that Racquel was standing at the car door facing the shooter and Will was somehow between her and the shooter with his back to him.

It more than likely was the one that exited because its starting to seem like it was all close range im just curious where everyone was standing. How could Smith be shot in the back first and then eventually on the side if Hayes was parallel with the driver and passenger seats? Because if I remember correctly the one that he was shot from the side was the one that exited Will's body ( I may be wrong on that, not sure).

You're acting like he the entry parts were far apart. Look at the positioning of his body in the car. It is easy to see that one could be shot in the back and the side.
You're also assuming the shooter was completely stationary while shooting for some reason.

Will hears shots, turns towards where they came from, saw Hayes with a gun and got shot in the side, goes towards the car and gets lit up.
Pretty easy to see how he got shot in the side.

I've rarely, if ever have a problem discerning a fact from opinion. When I say that I think people are being blinded by Will Smith being a football player, who in their right mind would consider that a fact? :Wtf am I missing?
There isn't a link to that, the same way there isn't a link to show that you aren't showing any homerism. Is that what this thread has come to? LNHBOX after being proven wrong 3-4x last week with FACTS, he's going to sit here and try and obtain an upper hand with asking for a link to my opinion? please.

This is obviously pretty important to you for whatever reason. I'm a Saints fan kind of like I'm a fan of hot dogs. If they're there I'll eat them but I don't go out of my way to buy them or anything. Same thing with the Saints. If they're on the TV on Sundays I'll watch but it's not a "stop what you're doing" thing like it with LSU games.
