again, video and witness evidence have backed up with Fuller has said. i should have looked up "standing over" in the dictionary before posting that.
Lawyer conveniently left out the fact that Smith was found slumped over in the driver seat for some reason. Hmm, wonder why.
Right after he depicted the scene of Will Smtih standingoutside of his vehicle.
It is kind of sad we've come down to the point of breaking down a simple word like that, but i understand the concept of attempting to "1 up" at this point in this ordeal. You got me, you got me good.

What witness evidence? You only have some parts of stories from people that were in the area when it happened. The people that matter in this case haven't had their statements made public yet. But again, you're defending everything Fuller has said to this point and dismissing the 911 thing as just "a whiff." C'mon now.

The same reason Will Smith was shot outside of the car. How do you know the angle of the shooter? We don't know where anyone was standing or anything. If he was parallel with the passenger door he is the first person to ever curve a bullet in the history of mankind because there was a shot in Will's side chest. The only way that could've happened is if his first shot was from the side which all the people on here have concluded that he shot him in the back first. So which is it?

Im seriously not going over this again. If you've been following the case and you watched his press conference, you know what he lied about and other things he simply left out.
And im not hating him for that, it's his job to make a statement on behalf of the family. But there is a reason that legal experts are saying that press conference didn't exactly help the case against Cardell Hayes.
For people to use his press conference as an argument piece on this board is ridiculous.

You can easily see how will was shot in the side if the shooter was parallel to the door.
This might be the dumbest thing I've ever read on this board.

There's been nothing factual released to confirm or deny anything that is actually going to make or break this case.
Right now, its all about people's perspectives on how they choose to perceive both arguments. Both sides can make valid points but truth be told, we're all arguing for the side we choose to be on. Lester is no different.

I'm not choosing any side. If it comes out that Hayes is guilty, then let him roast. But it's unfair to dismiss his side of the story with out having all the info.
Most people are choosing Will Smiths side, well, because he was a Saint. Which is so simple minded it's hard to wrap my head around. But ok. This is a Saints board. So be it.

That's just not true. As this thing drags on you lose sight of what the initial arguments were on this board. They all ended up going against Will Smith so I can see why you think that way.
The most important evidence in Smiths favor have yet to be presented. so yea, maybe he didn't do anything to warrant getting shot. We just don't know that yet. But I'm not simple minded enough to give him that benefit cause he played for the Saints. He did a lot of stupid things that night

The one fact that the police has said that no one seems to grasp. Only one gun was fired and that wss Hayes gun. Police stated Wills gun was found inside car and fully loaded. Hayes is toast unless they can put a gun in Wills hand. Going for his gun doesn't give Hayes the right to shoot the man in the back
