Collision would cover it also if he's that worried about damage why wreck the front end on wills truck. GGe obviously wanted Will out his vehicle.

Well if he's guilty don't you agree

He shouldn't have followed. That's different from calling the cops after a H&R

That's what im saying, there wont be total confirmation until they investigate Hayes phone.
Fuller already admitted it wasn't with one of Hayes' phones and he would check his other one and his friends'.
Then he said a witness told him Hayes called 911. But if it was an impartial witness at the scene of the murder then we know two calls were made: the first reporting the murder and the second reporting the accident.
I would find it extremely unlikely that one of Smith's friends wasn't the one that reported the murder (if my friend gets shot I'm calling the cops regardless of if the murderer is calling the cops).
So that means IF Hayes did call 911 it was AFTER the murder to report the second accident (and not the murder because the second call was just about the accident).
So far it's all looking like Fuller was using "witness" testimony to build his public opinion case and what he said before he is now backtracking on saying it was what "witnesses" told him.

quote:It is getting a little strange at this point.
his thread is actually a good little synopsis of "Lester Earl, The Will Smith Thread Poster"
Fuller: Hayes called 911 to report the H&R proving he is not the aggressor.
NOPD: No one called 911 to report a H&R
LE: I need to see phone records, the NOPD is likely lying! Rabble rabble!!
NOPD: Murder weapon recovered at scene. Warranted vehicle search in impound discovered 2 additional guns not used in the altercation.
LE: NOPD lied about he number of guns!! Rabble rabble!!!
He takes everything Fuller says as Gospel fact and never questions the integrity of Hayes.
At first, he seemed open minded and not jumping to conclusions like most did to protect Will Smith.
But now anything Fuller may have said incorrectly is "NOPD is lying", it's just odd now.

Do you see it this way because I have continually disproved rumor with facts as they have came out?
But over the last couple of days I've seen you "disprove" things by saying, "Eh, NOPD must be lying" and stating factually that "We know" something to be true then stating we know this because of an eyewitness account.
Lots of really flimsy stuff lately.

What have i said the NOPD has lied about?
I was questioning the article, who gathered and provided the information about the 911 logs. The guy pretended like he knew, but he never did. Was it all the work of the journalist? Or was it directly from the NOPD spokesperson.
The article left of some details, such as confirming whether or not Hayes made a 2nd 911 call; which is much more important than the 1st one. It just seemed to leave out some details.
I didnt straight up say the NOPD lied. They really arent in position to lie, because we all know the info will eventually come out, but lets not pretend they don't have a motive here.
If the journalist did the digging, she also should answer as to whether or not she mentioned just the calls accepted by a dispatcher, or every call that was made during that time, even the ones not accepted by the dispatcher.
ETA: Maybe Fuller said that he checked Hayes' phone personally, but i didnt see it during this discussion. Ive been ignoring some posters here and there so if they provided that information, then this story checks out. Still curious about the 2nd 911 call

well I think they knew for sure. Whether they could legally recognize it with or without a warrant is another deal.

Whether they could legally recognize it with or without a warrant is another deal.
Then asked me what you said they lied about, insinuating you never said anything of the sort.
Just odd, is all.

Really trying to understand how someone obviously spending time researching this one can forget saying something as important as the cops lying about the guns involved.
How is that not strange?

NEVER admits to being wrong. Ever. Despite constantly being proven wrong. And not just about this situation.
Deflect, change the goal posts, ignore, change the subject, etc. But never just saying hey I was wrong about that.
