I am all about giving a new Staff time. However, I don't think it is unfair to expect Kellen to win this awful Division in Year 2.

Not sure what’s worse that or the NFCE not winning a game over the last 2 weeks, including a game w 2 NFCE teams

Nfce stat is way worse
