NFL looking to add a Tokyo game in either '27 or '28

Am I the only 1 who remembers an annual preseason game in Tokyo? Possibly even the same week as the HoF Game?

I remember watching the broncos and the 49ers play a game there in the preseason once in the '90s
Terrell Davis knocked the s*** out of somebody on a kickoff return and that was kind of the way he originally got on to the roster or at least got the coach's attention

Saints played the Eagles in Tokyo in preseason 1993. I remember news footage of a rookie Lorenzo Neal going up against a sumo wrestler for an exhibition during the week leading up to the game.
