I'd like him more for insurance in case Brees goes down than to actually play much.

Maybe a wildcat 4 times a game tops, but a team like the Seahawks or Niners or Broncos could use him a hell of a lot more than we could.

I'd rather someone else who wasn't just released from prison.

Mosts fans would probably go balistic. Just not a good PR move.

I'd buy a Vick jersey in a heartbeat.

Couldn't we use a Pac Man Jones instead of a Michael Vick?

Odds of Mike Vick going back to prison are a lot less than Pac Man.

No thanks.

He would be our 4th best quarterback on the roster and I'm not convinced the "speed" he had in his playing days is still there after his lockup.

Not to mention the fact I am a huge dog lover and can never get past what he did.

Just my 2 cents

I hear that, but he served his time, so the past is the past.

Weve signed players with off the feid issues.
I dont know if id sign him, let him tryout of course.

EDT I wonder what Gumbo would think?

Well, it would be a good fit for a backup role, but I still think there is a team out there who will take a shot on him as a starter.

wouldn't mind Vick except for one big thing...THE WAY HE TORTURED THOSE DOGS IS UNFORGIVABLE IN MY BOOK....but i like dogs and cats more than humans so i'm a little bias.....i'd almost rather see a smushed human on the road than a dog or cat...
