Right now. There will be a handful that will be given 1st round evaluations just the same as any other year. Do you think people were talking about Mahomes or Josh Allen before their final year?

Many had Josh Allen as the #1 pick going into his final college season. All had him top 10.

I’m not saying Jameis will definitely be better than he has been but there are plenty of examples of QBs being turnover prone in their early years and then turning it around once they hit their prime

Yep...see Peyton Manning

Most #1 overall picks struggle early in their careers because their teams suck. The reason the team got to pick at #1 is because they sucked..

CSP could mold any QB in the first round into an 11-5 QB, with a good defense, of course. Don’t underestimate CSP and his ability to develop a young QB.

Ah yes .... he’s the QB whisperer. He has no track record of doing it before but he just looks like he should be a QB whisperer, so let’s go with that.

Way too early to tell

A year ago Mac Jones wasn’t even projected to be drafted now he’s potentially going 1st/early 2nd

Tampa’s team didn’t suck in 2019, but Winston did. He had 30 INTs and 12 fumbles. By the way, he was drafted in 2015. If he was going to do anything he would have done it by now.

Please explain how those turnover stats will carry this Saints team to a Super Bow.

Joe burrow had one good season and everyone wanted the saints to trade Brees, all picks and their left nut for him, so who knows
This

Think about this question:

Of all the QBs taken in the 2016 NFL Draft, how many are where they originally went?

Uno. Dak Prescott

The rest have all been traded or released.

So NFL QB selection is tough to do by experts (folks whose jobs rely on them knowing who’s going be a good QB)

The OP is nothing near an expert on NFL QB talent and she/he wants to postulate about how good the ‘22 crop of QBs will be over the next two decades.
