I'm sorry I disagree. Certainly numbers can't tell you everything, but most of what's called "intangibles" are really just trying to given meaning to why something happened the way it did after the fact. But even still, you do not have to have played to observe that maybe player X is a good leader, or something like that especailly when you have contacts and access to players, coaches etc like J. clayton does.

Look the Saints last year had a big TO differental and scored a lot of TD's on Def. Often that tends to even its self out and many teams that have won like that can drop off the next year. That of course does not mean it will happen to the Saints, but I think clearly that some are not as high on the Saints this year because of that, nothing to get our panties in a wad over.

fwiw, he picked us to go to the super bowl a couple times (2002 I think being one of them). I remember he picked us vs. the Chargers one year.

I don't why he has us at 7 now but I really don't care. This ain't college. I hope Indy feels good about their "ranking"

Dallas has one big Achilles heel..........Wade Phillips.

Well, maybe two..............Tony Romo.

They will find a way to screw it up.

Seven is laughable.....He just likes to generate buzz while pandering to the large markets.

edited for update.

Now give me Wade as my DC and Norv as my OC and I'll buy that as a Super Bowl team all day.

If Clayton would remove his mouth from P. Mannings dick, he would be easier to understand. #7? what a tool!

If this idiot shows up in the dome for anyone of the National televised games, I will be sure to treat him with the same respect he shows the Saints.

I don't know BilJ. JC seems like the type that was the bully in grade school...

I'm still laughing at what a joke he is right now.

Dumbass. End of story.
I liked that one article that said any rankings that don't have the Saints at #1 are invalid.

He needs to get fired. Probably 80% of the people around here can do better than him. I may not be one of them, but wow. Just wow.

I take that back.
I could do better.
Holy frick.

I'll just say any ranking that has the cowgirls and falcons over the saints deserved to be raped and burned at the stake
