Jameis has become a backup qb preacher. He'll talk a great game, be a great leader, give great talking points to a mic but at the end of the day he's an average qb that hasn't been able to excel in the mental part of the game.

If you're not trying to develop a young guy to take over that's pretty much exactly what you want in a backup QB.
