what did i say about ed hochuli being totally in love with the sound of his own voice.
furthermore, i strongly disagree with that logic. if you're keyed up and see a guy move in your peripheral vision, of course you're going to react. i'd like to see the rule that if the false start occurs w/ a player in the neutral zone it's offsides.
