Seriously frick the NFL. They took home game revenue away from the city by moving one of our games to London, while the Vikings get the benefit of surrendering an away game to a neutral site. All to frick the city out of maybe getting it back and then GIVING IT TO THE VIKINGS of all teams.
Bad enough that it will take us 4 years into the 17-game schedule to actually have 9 home games. Just slap after slap in the face. Too bad the NCAA is no better. These leagues are just trash across the board.

Maybe the national news about New Orleans and Teedy had something to do with it... From the first talk about getting the game here I knew there was no chance of New Orleans getting the game...

Those are on pause, and we also already offered the stadium for use.

TB making a push not to have their "home game" at a rivals stadium? We already know how soft that team is

The Tampa Sports Authority informed the NFL Thursday they have all the resources in terms of emergency services, law enforcement, etc. to host Sunday night's game between the Bucs and Chiefs at RJS. It's up to the league now to make the final decision.

They are not on pause and are continuing throughout the season

I doubt it would matter if it at home or not. Have you seen how bad the saints are under Winston? Allen going with Winston is saying that the coach is all in for tanking the season, he wants to wear the guy out til he in a wheel chair.

Hurricane Ian was nowhere near as bad as expected (for the Tampa area).
ESPN reporting game will be played Sunday in Tampa as scheduled.

What else is there to be done with the stadium renovations?

Bro, nobody is clamoring to come to shitass Nola right now. Maybe once Teedy’s shite is thrown out in the street and people aren’t getting picked off on I10 everyday, we’ll talk.
