Update after Saints win on MNF over Panthers - Saints are now just ONE (1) WIN away from home field advantage

Saints can also get it with a loss by both the Rams & Bears

(Original Post from Sunday night 12/16-) is now 2 after tonight's Eagles win over the Rams

so 2 Saints wins

or 2 Rams & Bears losses

or 1 of each of the above

means the road to the Super Bowl in the NFC goes through the Mercedes Benz Superdome at Poydras & LaSalle

ETA: Bears are still mingling about... I had kinda forgotten about them... I've updated to include them

simply put... if the Saints win tomorrow night... they'll have 2 chances at home to clinch HFA

The rams fricking blow, bunch of superstar talent that doesn't know how to put it together.

A win tomorrow and you're looking at an absolute meltdown for the saints to not lock up the #1. There's got to be a less than 1% chance of them losing both of their last games at home.

Member when 99% of the people thought Eagles had no shot in hell? I member.

Rams aren't the scary team they were made out to be before they played us.

They just beat up a couple of crap teams and barely eeked out some other wins.

What about if Chicago wins out and the Saints lose 2?

Bears would have the tie breaker due to better NFC record.

If we tie records with the Bears they jump us.

As 1609 said they'd have it on conference record.

NEED that win tomorrow. It almost guarantees not only the two but also the one seed.

It’s 2 Saints wins. The Rams don’t matter.

Bears last 2 are on the road. Week 17 at Minn will be a war.

If we win tomorrow then our home crowd alone against the Steelers will push us to a win.

unfortunately no. If we are both 12-4 then they beat us via better division record.

But everyone here assures me that 12-4 is impossible. For some reason.
