Loomis tried to keep DA around last year but y’all got Gayle to fire him. If we keep DA till the end of last season we would’ve lost more games and had a top 5 draft pick. Loomis was trying to throw games for draft position! LMAO.

This QB class was meh anyway. Only QB I would have considered taking top 5 was Cam Ward maybe. Time will tell if we should have just pulled the trigger on Dart at 9.

Wow, that is so stupid as much as you want to believe that there is no team intentionally going to tank a draft for a draft position, especially for last year‘s QB class, especially for last year’s QB class

Not exactly. Some players went around Loomis to speak with Gayle Benson to get Allen fired. Otherwise, he'd probably have finished the year and could arguably still be head coach. Loomis never showed any inclination to fire him and still defended him at the end of last year IIRC.
