Loomis and Saints front office organization have had a meal ticket since Tom Benson.

No real accountability, just collecting millions, and not keeping up with roster management or salary cap like successful organizations. Poor scouting and decision making has the Saints in the position they are in now.Embarrassing!

I’m giving up on the franchise. There is no hope. Loomis sucks and will not right the ship. Allen is the worst long tenure coach ever in the nfl. We owe $300m
plus in salary cap next season, mostly to over 34 yo players. Carr(nuff said ).
Saints should just keep Allen for two more years and get their arse handed to them

Gayle has no clue how to run this operation.

That's because she doesn't want to, and never wanted to. She just inherited it from her husband. Frankly, I think she would be more than happy to sell the team...as long as she could guarantee it remained in New Orleans.
Unfortunately, that puts the franchise in a tough spot because the GM is effectively the de facto "owner". There is no owner at the top of the pyramid demanding success and making moves to get there. The Saints have a reluctant business owner who just defers everything to two guys.

She's gone on record stating that over a year ago. It's not a secret or anything. Lauscha has been "tasked" with finding new ownership that will stipulate that Saints will remain in N.O. I doubt there has been much of an effort to search. Why would there be? They can all just hang around and cash the checks.
No one is concerned for job safety. They're all just hanging out and riding out what few good pieces are leftover from SP.

It’s actually Dennis Lauscha. He runs the entire Benson organization including the Saints and Pels. He is who everyone ultimately answers to.
